Job Summary

We are a dynamic data-driven team at the intersection of finance and technology. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented self-driven individual to join our Chief Operating Officer team in a dynamic cross-functional role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on strategic projects working across multiple business teams and analyzing data all with the goal of driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate should be eager to grow into ownership of tools projects and products.

This position requires strong analytical and organizational skills critical thinking and a passion for learning. You will collaborate with portfolio managers operations and engineering teams in a fast-growing segment of asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily and weekly data QA/QC processes using existing systems

• Collaborate across departments to understand business priorities and project interdependencies

• Analyze and visualize data to inform decisions and measure ROI

• Assist in program/project management and tool development

• Learn and adapt quickly to new technical tools and business domains

Qualifications

• Detail-focused with a knack for seeing how small pieces fit into broader business goals

• Confident hardworking and comfortable navigating an unconstrained role

• Strong Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. QuickSight Tableau Power BI)

• Familiarity with SQL or other relational databases; Python exposure is a plus

• Exposure to CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus

• Experience in QA/QC project management or consulting-style environments

• Proactive learner with the ability to self-teach technical tools and business processes

Education

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related discipline.

• Additional QA certifications or training preferred.
