Job Summary
NOW HIRING: Quality Manager Nebraska
Were working with a manufacturing company in Nebraska thats looking to add an experienced Quality Manager to their team. Compensation is between $115000$135000 depending on experience plus relocation assistance if needed.
This is a leadership role with full ownership of the quality function during a period of growth. The right person will be a strong prioritizer technically sharp and experienced in leading quality teams in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop a quality team of engineers technicians and inspectors
Own and maintain the quality management system in compliance with applicable standards
Oversee corrective action MRB and supplier quality processes
Lead internal and external audits
Serve as the companys Quality Management Representative
Build and scale quality systems to support growth targets

Experience as a Quality Manager in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (aerospace automotive or medical device preferred)
Familiarity with AS9100 NADCAP IATF 16949 or equivalent regulated-industry standards
Proven ability to lead multi-discipline quality teams
Strong background in corrective action auditing and customer quality interface

*Please note that this company is located in South Central Nebraska and would require relocation. The company is not located in Lincoln NE
