Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide quality support and assistance to clients in their homes in Holly MI. As a Home Care Worker you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with medication reminders and monitoring clients health conditions.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Document care and report any changes in clients condition to office staff.
- Ensure client confidentiality and respect their privacy at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Holly MI.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if possible.
