Job Summary

PT Acute Care Shift: 4 x 10s Sat Sunday Monday Tuesday Average Daily Census: 11 Years of experience REQ: 1 Year First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: A weekend day will be required to work Certs & Licensure: Current license in the state of Arizona - Required BLS (American Heart Association) - Required AZ Fingerprint Card *Please note that traveler must have an AZ license in hand* Will consider compact order to obtain an AZ PT License the candidate must submit a fingerprint clearance card along with the application. Fingerprint clearance estimated turnaround time is- 4-6 weeks. PT Application estimated turnaround time is 3-6 weeks- the whole process can take anywhere from 7-12 weeks. Special Requirements: The department is open 7 days a week. A weekend day will be required. Preferred generalist who is confident with medical diagnosis. Preferred ability to manage mod- max A patients co-treatments ability to work with ventilated patients ability to pivot easily and pick up additional evaluations throughout the day.
