Job Summary
Description: Clinic Care Coordinator (case management) positions within the Surgery Outpatient Clinic to collaborate with nursing staff and providers for patient care. Requirement: Three (3) year Case Management Experience. Shift: Weekdays Monday through Fridays from 8a to 5p with One (1) hour lunch no weekends or holidays. Housing: Information can be found under the Facility Group Document section. New Employee Orientation: Scheduled every other Monday. If your traveler misses the compliance deadline their start date will be pushed to the next scheduled Orientation date.
Shift: M-F 8-5/730-430 no holidays no weekends. Maximum of 2 Days Call off (Unapproved RTO) during contract.
