Reporting into the Senior Communications Content & Talent Manager youll play a key role in bringing our internal communications and engagement strategy to life for our beauty advisors. Youll lead and manage the day-to-day internal communications for our Liz Earle beauty advisor population while also partnering closely with the Internal Communications Manager to support key communications and engagement activity across No7.
Youll work at the heart of our brand and field teams building strong relationships with colleagues across the business to create communications that inform inspire and engage. Through your work youll help strengthen brand advocacy elevate the advisor experience and contribute to a connected culture across our advisor teams. Reporting into Senior Communications Content & Talent Manager you will:
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of advisor-facing internal communications for Liz Earle including regular updates digital communications (newsletters magazines intranet content) internal social and listening channels and engagement activity. Youll also partner with the Internal Communications Manager on key No7 communication activity.
Create and design engaging brand-led materials that build excitement pride and advocacy among our beauty advisors and store colleagues aligned to business priorities and measurable impact.
Work closely with UK & Ireland brand commercial and field stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our advisor audience ensuring communications are always designed with the end user front of mind.
Support the delivery of listening forums and two-way engagement channels helping to create genuine dialogue between Advisors Leaders and Support Office teams and fostering a one team mindset.
Help deliver key listening channels across both brands ensuring our advisors have a clear platform to share their voice and that their perspective remains central to everything we do.
Maintain consistency of tone of voice and visual identity across all internal communications while also bringing fresh ideas and creativity to how we engage colleagues.
What youll need to have (our must-haves)
You have experience in a similar internal communications role.
Youre a confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills and a real empathy for your audience.
You enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
You have some experience of planning and delivering events or engagement activity.
You understand the importance of brand tone of voice and visual identity in internal communications.
Youre creatively minded and equipped using tools such as PowerPoint Canva or similar (experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a bonus).
Youre genuinely passionate about beauty with a particular interest in skincare and cosmetics.
