Job Summary

Join us to ensure seamless order management processes where your precision and service mindset directly support our business success!

You will work with service orders customer communication and invoicing activities contributing to high-quality operations.

Your responsibilities

  • You manage customer purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • You enter service orders and contracts in the ERP LN system according to Valmets rules Automation Systems processes and policies.
  • You ensure accurate and timely invoicing of processed orders collaborating with the service and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies.
  • You advise and guide internal and external stakeholders on order management following Automation Systems Business Area ways of operating.

Expectations for you

  • You bring 35 years of experience in order management or a similar role.
  • Previous experience in Paper industry is an asset
  • Educational background in Economics or related field is valuable
  • You have strong ERP system skills; knowledge of LN system and Salesforce is an advantage.
  • You have strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
  • You are fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • You can navigate fast-paced and high-volume environments and prioritize effectively.
  • You have problem solving skills and customer-firs mindset
