Description
As an Electrical Project Engineer at INNIO you will be a member of the Order Engineering Team and are primarily responsible for implementing customer-specific requirements in the design of the electrical control system for Jenbacher gas engine power generation plants. You will be involved in the entire project life cycle from order approval to commissioning working closely with project management assembly and service engineering to execute customer projects from the technical side.

Your Responsibilities:
- Design measurement and control systems for gas engine power plants installed worldwide.
- Program PLC software (Siemens Beckhoff or similar) and bus couplings for customer network systems; create visualization software.
- Create wiring diagrams using CAD systems (Eplan or similar) and develop plant-specific documentation for gensets and cogeneration units.
- Communicate and collaborate with international project management and internal production teams.
- Provide support during testbench procedures and on-site commissioning.
- Act as a technical contact for customers suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate actively in the continuous improvement and further development of products and processes.
- (For lead-level candidates) Mentor and support less experienced colleagues contribute to process improvements and act as a main technical contact for cross-functional teams.
Your Profile:
- Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering/mechatronics or similar fields.
- 310 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering project engineering or a related field.
- Experience in electrical systems planning wiring diagram creation (Eplan) and PLC programming.
- Good MS Office and IT knowledge (operating systems data backup etc.).
- Fluent in Hungarian and English German language skill is a plus.
- Ability to work independently show initiative collaborate in a team and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to develop in a dynamic environment.
- (For lead-level candidates) Experience in mentoring process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
