Job Summary

As a Hardware Project Manager you will represent hardware development in complex automotive projects while ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple engineering domains. You will play a key role in driving project success from concept to implementation.

Your tasks:


Representing hardware development in internal and external negotiations and meetings
Ensuring regular communication and alignment with cross-functional teams (e.g. Mechanics Software)
Leading 8D and problem-solving teams
Defining and overseeing project timelines resources budgets and technical specifications
Coordinating implementing and tracking project changes throughout the development lifecycle
Establishing deploying and monitoring hardware requirements
Preparing risk assessments and mitigation strategies for senior management and customers


Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Power Electronics or a related field
Experience in automotive hardware development
Strong knowledge of power electronics circuit design PCB layout and automotive standards
Proven project management experience including timeline budget and resource coordination
Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
