The Opportunity

The Senior Coordinator (Corporate Education) leads the planning coordination and delivery of high-quality client-focused corporate education programs with a focus on customised leadership development for corporate government and not-for-profit partners. This role manages the full program lifecycle ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards while aligning with the Corporate Education teams strategic priorities.

Working closely with academic experts facilitators business development staff learning designers and client stakeholders the Senior Coordinator oversees program operations quality assurance and continuous improvement processes. Responsibilities include managing budgets and contracts administering learning platforms coordinating assessments and digital tools and ensuring seamless delivery of both online and face-to-face programs to enhance participant learning outcomes.

As the successful candidate you will possess excellent project coordination and customer service skills with a proven ability to provide authoritative advice and deliver outcomes that exceed expectations. You will bring highly developed planning organisational and project management capabilities with experience managing complex programs from inception to completion. Strong relationship management analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders while your outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities support the delivery of executive programs and the facilitation of engaging high-quality workshops.
