We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Project Manager to lead crossfunctional projects from initiation through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning executing and delivering projects on time within scope and within budget while aligning with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

Plan manage and deliver projects according to defined timelines scope and budget
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project objectives deliverables and success metrics
Develop and maintain project plans schedules risk logs and status reports
Identify potential risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate project meetings stakeholder updates and executive communications
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet goals
Ensure projects follow organizational standards processes and best practices
Manage vendor and thirdparty relationships when applicable
Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned

Qualifications

Valid Drivers License
Bachelors degree in Business Management Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3 years of project management experience
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
Experience working with crossfunctional teams
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana Smartsheet MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management certification (PMP CAPM Scrum Master or equivalent)
Experience with Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
Industryspecific experience (IT healthcare construction marketing etc.)
Experience managing budgets and resource allocation
