The Role

• Lead and execute the overall marketing and content strategy
• Own all social media channels driving engagement growth and brand awareness
• Plan create and manage high-quality content (video written visual)
• Develop campaigns aligned with commercial and brand objectives
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise content accordingly
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency

The Person

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role
• Marketing qualification
• Strong background in social media management and content creation
• Comfortable creating and directing content across multiple platforms
• Commercially aware with strong analytical skills
• Creative proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel when required (North and South)
