Whatyoulldo
Support HR projects and initiatives through analytics datastorytellingand insight generation
Develop andmaintainstandard HR reports and dashboards to providetimelyaccurateand relevant data for decisionmaking
Build advanced analytics models and predictive insights to proactivelyidentifytrends and risks
Partner with HR and business leaders to interpret data and deliver strategic datadriven recommendations
Respond to ad hoc data requests by supplying clear actionable insights
Establish andmaintainHR data governance including standardsdefinitionsand documentation to ensure data quality

Required qualifications
Bachelors degree or college diploma inhumanresources ora related discipline
HRBusiness Partnerexperience
Minimumoneyear of experience working with data and generating reports(or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Familiarity with business systems and data visualization tools
Progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations performance management workforce planning change management HRanalyticsorHR policy
Proven ability to make sense of data and derive insights for senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information and situations with discretion
Preferredqualifications
HR certification (for exampleCHRP SHRP PHR SPHR)completed orin progress
Experience with HRIS and advanced analytics platforms
Experienceoreducationin computer sciencestatisticsor applied mathematics
Experience compiling and presenting workforce-planning analytics and creating reusable templates/processes
Experience leading corporate programs/initiatives and collaborating across multiple HR specialties
