Whatyoulldo

  • Support HR projects and initiatives through analytics datastorytellingand insight generation

  • Develop andmaintainstandard HR reports and dashboards to providetimelyaccurateand relevant data for decisionmaking

  • Build advanced analytics models and predictive insights to proactivelyidentifytrends and risks

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to interpret data and deliver strategic datadriven recommendations

  • Respond to ad hoc data requests by supplying clear actionable insights

  • Establish andmaintainHR data governance including standardsdefinitionsand documentation to ensure data quality

  • Continuously improve reporting processes and analytics tools for greater efficiency and scalability

Whatyoullbring to the team

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or college diploma inhumanresources ora related discipline

  • HRBusiness Partnerexperience

  • Minimumoneyear of experience working with data and generating reports(or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Familiarity with business systems and data visualization tools

  • Progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations performance management workforce planning change management HRanalyticsorHR policy

  • Proven ability to make sense of data and derive insights for senior leaders

  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information and situations with discretion

Preferredqualifications

  • HR certification (for exampleCHRP SHRP PHR SPHR)completed orin progress

  • Experience with HRIS and advanced analytics platforms

  • Experienceoreducationin computer sciencestatisticsor applied mathematics

  • Experience compiling and presenting workforce-planning analytics and creating reusable templates/processes

  • Experience leading corporate programs/initiatives and collaborating across multiple HR specialties
