Location & Work Model (Kingston Canada)
This role is based in Kingston Canada with a hybrid work model. You will be expected to work from our Kingston office 2 days per week with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

When you start you will:
- be set up for success through a tailored training program
- have a dedicated career coach a seasoned sales leader within the business who will support guide and mentor you in your early career and beyond
- work on projects that have real-time impact and shape our business priorities
- learn from senior sales leaders with diverse backgrounds
- be based at our Kingston office with a flexible hybrid working arrangement (2 days per week in office)
When you finish the pathways are endless. Youll be a well-rounded sales executive and as a permanent employee from the beginning youll have choice of roles across the business. People who start in the sales team go on to use their skills to lead global teams run internal start-ups manage departments or drive transformation programs.
About You:

- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ambitious mindset
- Demonstrated capacity and strong willingness to learn and develop
- Some previous sales experience preferred but not essential
