Job Summary
As a Practice Lead at Versent youll blend offering strategy with hands-on pursuit leadership. Youll define what we sell lead a high-performing team of architects and consultants and personally drive our most strategic cloud migrations and transformation deals in market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve practices offering roadmap and drive Annual Sales Value Gross Profit (ASV GP) targets
- Act as senior technology leader on top pursuits shaping solutions through workshops advisory engagements and executive briefings
- Lead bid strategy messaging and solution reviews for major cloud migration and transformation proposals
- Partner with Sales to activate campaigns identify whitespace and drive proactive pipeline creation
- Orchestrate cross-practice solutions and partner co-sell programs for strategic deals
- Oversee presales capacity planning resource prioritisation and solution quality governance
- Ensure pricing integrity commercial feasibility and build-to-run thinking in every solution
- Lead coach and develop your team while fostering technical excellence and continuous learning
