Busways are seeking a proactive Staff Supervisor to join our Coffs Harbour depot supporting dailyoperationsand ensuring safe reliable transport services for the community.

WhatYoullBe Doing:

• Be the main point of contact for drivers for all non-dispatch matters providing support and guidance.
• Support the Depot Manager with day-to-day depot operations.
• Build andmaintain master rosters and weekly driver rosters including leave management.
• Assistwith incident management including complaints accidents lostproperty and occurrence reports.
• Manage administrative tasks such as employee files timesheets payrollsupport and phone enquiries.
• Handling phone calls andtwo-way enquiries.
• Assistduring major incidents and cover trips whenrequiredto ensure services are maintained.

WhatYoullBring:

• Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Sound computer skills and confidence using multiple systems.
• Local knowledge of the Coffs Harbour area.
• Australian work rights along with a current Drivers Licence and Working with Children Check.
