Catering Supervisor
Rostrevor College-Woodforde
Rostrevor College is seeking a professional supportive and experienced Catering Supervisor to join the community. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a respected educational environment while enjoying genuine worklife balance. Youll oversee the daytoday operations of the canteen keep everything running smoothly and bring a friendly positive presence to the team. This is a termtimeonly role giving you the chance to enjoy Adelaide during standdown periods.
Monday to Friday 7:00am 3:00pm (term-time only)

The Position
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the school canteen ensuring efficient workflows and effective staff management
- Coordinate and prepare online orders
- Manage stock control inventory monitoring and ordering
- Operate and oversee Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Engage professionally and positively with students staff and parents
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all food service and preparation areas
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations and allergen management requirements
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills
- Maintain the service and dining areas to consistently high presentation standards
The Person
- Previous experience in a similar role (5 years experience is desirable)
- A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team
- Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Hold a Blue Card or ability to obtain one
- Previous experience in hospitality supervision
- Strong barista skills and a passion for quality coffee
