**Job Title: Will Call / Parts Matchup Coordinator**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Will Call / Parts Matchup Coordinator to join our this role you will be responsible for managing the will call process and ensuring that all parts orders are accurately matched and prepared for pickup. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and manage the will call process for parts orders ensuring timely and accurate preparation for customer pickup.
- Verify and match parts orders to customer requests ensuring all items are accounted for and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to track inventory levels and ensure the availability of parts for will call orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all will call transactions and update inventory management systems as necessary.
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in organizing and optimizing the parts storage area to enhance efficiency and accessibility.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse distribution or logistics role preferably with a focus on parts or inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lift and move parts or equipment as required following safety guidelines.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
