Assignment Type: Travel
Lake Huron Medical Center is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team in Port Huron MI. The Physical Therapist will evaluate plan and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility function and quality of life.
Responsibilities-
Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans

Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other PT interventions

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
-
Document evaluations treatments and progress notes accurately and timely
-
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
-
Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
-
Ensure compliance with hospital policies procedures and safety standards
-
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan (MI)

BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
-
Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience (acute care preferred but not mandatory)

Strong communication and patient-care skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday Friday (5x8)

8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Weekends not required (unless facility needs change)
