Job Summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is managed in ShiftWise Flex and contracts to join that program will be issued once the offer is extended and accepted by the traveler. All compliance billing and assignment management will take place in ShiftWise Flex. **Will float between (24737 N Lake Pleasant Pkwy #106 Peoria AZ 85383) and Surprise (14071 W Bell Rd Surprise AZ 85374) clinics *Peoria: Monday and Wednesday: 10-7 Friday: 8-5 *Surprise: Tuesday and Thursday: 7-4 Must have 1 years experience. Dress Code: Business Casual (Khakis and polos are fine) EHR: NextGen Patient Age Group: Adults; Adolescent; Geriatrics Visits Per Day: 10-15 Caseload size: 25-35 cases per week Professional Skills: Screening/Building Caseload Evaluation / Assessment Methods: Fall Risk Assessment; Gross Motor Assessments Ortho Skills: Achilles Tendonitis; ACL Tear; Back Pain-Post Operative; Calf Strain; Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; Disc Herniation; Fractures/Stress Fractures; Generalized Low Back Pain; Headache; Meniscus Tear; Osteoarthritis; Osteoporosis; Plantar fasciitis; Postural Dysfunction; Rotator Cuff Non-surgical Intervention; Rotator Cuff Repair-Post Operative Care; SI Joint Dysfunction; Stenosis; Thoracic Outlet Syndrome; TMJ Dysfunction; Total Joint Replacement Neuro: concussion Parkinsons Vestibular/Vertigo
