requirement:

Day Shift. Mon thru Fri from 0800 to 430 pm. Sometime can pickup shifts on weekend if available and the traveler wants. Must have HCHB experience and OASIS experience for home health care. 2 years experience ideal. Mileage available at Government and Work Experience:Bachelors Degree or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors): RequiredMasters Degree: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: RequiredValid Drivers License (DL)and must beat least 21 yrs of age or older: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) or RQIBLS or Heartsaver CPR (CPR): RequiredPhysical Therapist (PT): Required
