About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage vendor relationships sourcing negotiation and timely procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in purchasing operations and the ability to ensure cost efficiency quality standards and smooth coordination with internal teams.
Specifically this role will involve:
- Identifying evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers in line with company requirements.
- Preparing and process purchase orders contracts and procurement documentation.
- Negotiating prices payment terms delivery schedules and service agreements with vendors.
- Ensuring timely delivery of materials and services as per operational needs.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinate with stakeholders to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Tracking order status and resolve issues related to delivery quality or pricing.
- Maintainining accurate procurement records reports and vendor databases.
- Coordinating with internal departments such as Finance Operations and Stores for smooth procurement flow.
- Ensuring adherence to company procurement policies procedures and compliance standards.
- Supporting cost-reduction initiatives and continuous process improvement.
An ideal candidate will have:
- 2 5 years of experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Commerce Business Administration or related field.
