Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Administrator to support day-to-day network and end-user computing operations for a small to mid-sized environment (65 70 users). This is an execution-focused role not an architect position.

Responsibilities:

Administer and troubleshoot Cisco switches and routers
Resolve day-to-day network connectivity and performance issues
Provide PC and desktop support (hardware OS software)
Support end-user devices including PCs laptops phones and peripherals
Assist with user setup onboarding/offboarding and general IT support

Requirements:

5 years of hands-on experience with Cisco networking
Strong PC/desktop administration and troubleshooting skills
Solid understanding of LAN/WAN switching routing and TCP/IP
Experience supporting 50 users in an on-site environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
