Job Summary

We seek a seasoned leader to develop critical insights analytics and innovation that are unique to sports and accelerate Amazons live sports sales. He/she will be an expert in identifying and contextualizing data in the advertising and sports marketing sector with a strong track record of working with internal stakeholders and customers to develop new or enhanced analytics that drive business growth.

Key job responsibilities
Own the development of marketplace analytics inclusive of supply/demand trends marketplace spending viewership trends asset monetization competitive shifts and bid modeling for new or changing sports rights
Own the development of new/improved prospecting tools and analytics that up-sell and/or cross-sell customers to purchase live sports and broader Amazon Ads products platforms and partnerships
Partner with Sales and Pricing & Planning leads to build dynamic modeling forecasting tracking and inventory management solutions that enhance our ability to monitor captured revenue and identify growth opportunities
Partner with Measurement and Product teams to develop position and implement new proprietary sponsorship measurement products that track quantify and optimize brand activation including customer management and reporting in partnership with Sales
Work with agency and advertising customers to understand their needs and gaps in terms of sponsorship and media performance with the goal of identifying new opportunities to differentiate our sports offering and drive revenue
Partner with Measurement and Marketing teams to develop and scale customer-facing insights that support our sports rights and partnership opportunities ensuring customer feedback is being tracked and implemented
Obtain critical customer and Sales team feedback as we partner with Product teams to develop ad-tech innovations that drive demand and revenue growth
Host and own internal mechanisms with relevant Amazon stakeholders needed to deliver out on the business
Create strategic frameworks and recommendation documents to guide product development priorities and resource allocation




- 7 years of professional or military experience
- 7 years of solving problems with technology in the Media & Entertainment Industry experience
- 7 years of Go-To-Market Business Development Sales or Consulting experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

- Experience solving problems with technology in the Media & Entertainment Industry
- Experience in business intelligence and analytics
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
