Position Overview
A leading Retail Media Network is seeking a Senior Manager Digital Ad Product & Partnerships to own the strategy roadmap and partner ecosystem for offsite advertising offerings across programmatic and paid social channels (including influencer marketing).
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy platform partnerships and execution and will play a key role in shaping the next phase of offsite advertising capabilities to drive advertiser growth and overall media revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Offsite Ad Product & Roadmap Ownership
Own the strategy and roadmap for offsite ad offerings across programmatic and paid social channels including influencer marketing
Lead end-to-end ad product development from discovery through launch and scaled adoption
Conduct customer sales market operational and financial discovery to inform prioritization and go/no-go decisions
Develop clear product narratives value propositions use cases pricing considerations success metrics and commercialization plans
Establish performance metrics and feedback loops to evaluate adoption effectiveness and roadmap evolution
Platform Partnerships & Execution
Own and manage key offsite platform partnerships including programmatic platforms and leading social media platforms
Partner closely with platform and agency teams to ensure seamless activation and consistent campaign execution
Collaborate with optimization and measurement teams to deliver best-in-class performance insights
Ensure platform capabilities and enhancements align with overall product strategy and advertiser needs
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Sales and Account Management to ensure offsite offerings are well-positioned sellable and supported by strong go-to-market enablement
Collaborate with Product IT Audience Measurement and Operations teams to build scalable integrated advertising solutions
Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure operational readiness timely delivery and performance accountability
Collaborate with owned-channel advertising leaders to develop a cohesive end-to-end media roadmap
Requirements & Qualifications
7 years of experience in digital advertising including hands-on execution and/or leadership of execution-focused teams
Experience across programmatic and/or paid social environments (agency platform or in-house)
Proven experience managing platform partnerships including negotiations capability alignment and joint planning
Strong ability to translate platform capabilities into scalable advertiser offerings and execution best practices
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Sales Account Management Product IT and Measurement teams
Highly organized execution-oriented and comfortable operating in fast-paced evolving environments
