Position: Marketing Manager - Hard Rock Cafe
Reporting to: Vice President - Restaurant Marketing
Position Summary:
The Restaurant Marketing Manager supports the development coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across Hard Rock Cafe locations worldwide. This role collaborates with international and regional teams including Culinary Operations Training Retail and Brand to ensure consistent highquality execution of menu and product management promotions and activation support for both the retail and cafe locations.
This position plays a critical part in creating the marketing tools programs and assets that empower local restaurants sales and marketing teams to execute trafficdriving initiatives in their markets. Success in this position comes from delivering clear effective and onbrand materials in a timely manner that supports operators in growing guest visits and revenue.
Strong collaboration communication and emotional intelligence are essential as this role works with a wide range of partners and must balance multiple perspectives to move projects forward.
This Cross-Functional Support role is responsible for driving seamless execution across Retail and Hard Rock Cafe Food & Beverage (F&B) initiatives.
