Position: Project Administrator
Location: Guildford Surrey
Job Type:permanent full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours (start times to be discussed on interview)
Salary: 26000 - 28000
Benefits: 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays);

About the Role:
Support planning team in all daily scheduling aspects.
Track progress against established schedules and identifying potential delays or risks to the project team.
Preparing and distributing reports and updates for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records.
Using various IT and database systems.
Accepts extra duties as situations arise.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and the ability to work collaboratively within a team in the water industry is preferred but is not essential.
