About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to manage inbox workflows
and oversee user access processes across systems and tools. This hybrid role includes efficient
communication handling operational workflows and secure
access governance. The
ideal candidate will have strongorganizational abilities excellent communication skills tech
savvy and the capability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inbox Management
Monitor and manage email inbox which includes trialing categorization and assignment.
Maintain SLA adherence by preventing backlogs and ensuring accurate routing of
conversations.
Create and maintain tags rules automations and workflows to improve efficiency and
reduce manual effort.
Prepare insights and reports to highlight inbox trends recurring issues and performance
bottlenecks.
Ensure professional high-quality internal communication while adhering to internal
standards and escalation guidelines.
Support internal teams in effectively using Front and maintaining clear communication
with cross-functional partners.
Access & Systems Management
Manage user access across systems and financial tools including account creation
permissions revocations and activity monitoring.
Accept client invites integrate tech tools and coordinate access flows with accounting
platforms such as QuickBooks Online.
Extract reports from various financial systems and support data access needs for
internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with U.S. banks and other platforms to ensure seamless system access and
onboarding.
Manage access processes for a large distributed workforce (300 team members across
the U.S. & India).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in commerce.
24 years of experience in email triaging customer support access management or
system operations.
Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good proficiency in written and
spoken English is a must.
Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving abilities with high attention to
detail. Should be a
solution-oriented
individual.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Experience with Mac Windows and MS
Office is
a must
