Job Summary
Position Description:
We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will implement configure and support HR solutions using the SAP SuccessFactors platform while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and providing an optimized user experience for HR teams and employees.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementations across modules such as Employee Central Recruiting Onboarding Performance & Goals Compensation and Learning.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to align with HR processes and compliance standards.
Support integrations with SAP HCM SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications including year-end activities.
Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to improve processes reporting and data quality.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and HR teams.
Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors innovations and recommend best practices.
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules especially Employee Central.
Experience with SuccessFactors implementations and system configuration.
Good understanding of HR processes such as talent management performance management and payroll integration.
Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience working with multiple SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting Onboarding Compensation and Learning.
Knowledge of SAP Integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration or middleware solutions.
Experience with HR data migration and system upgrades.
Exposure to reporting and analytics tools within SuccessFactors.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
SAP SuccessFactors certification.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration Computer Science or a related field.
5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support roles.
Strong understanding of HR technology landscape and enterprise HR systems.
