Location: Omagh

Hours: 39 Hour Week. Monday Thursday 7:00am 3:45pm Friday 7:00am 1:00pm

Join our team at Terex Omagh and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek skilled and dedicated Paint Shop Operatives to contribute to our Paint Shop team.

As a Paint Shop Operative at Terex based in Omagh youll play a pivotal role in producing equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.


What youll do:

  • Cleans and prepares surface for painting using cleaning solution solvent sander and scraper.
  • Applies thin coat of finish material such as paint or lacquer to sanded area.
  • Sprays or touches up finish coats to blend spots or imperfections.
  • Ability to prime and apply base coat to a high standard
  • Be confident in checking and polishing components with the minimum of supervision

What youll bring:

The successful candidate needs to have relevant experience as a Blast / Spray Painter including previous bodywork experience. They should have knowledge of paint preparation within an engineering environment. They should be hard working a good team player with excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. You should be willing to develop your skills on an ongoing basis in line with the growing business. We also require the flexibility to work overtime as and when required.
