As the Content Head you will be responsible for driving the creative content strategy ideation development and execution of cinematic and branded storytelling across platforms including films web series commercials social media content and corporate films. You will lead a team of writers creators and editors to ensure high-quality engaging and audience-centric narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the company’s content strategy for films digital series advertising and brand stories.
Oversee concept ideation scripting story development treatment creation and script approvals.
Lead mentor and manage the content/writing team and collaborate closely with directors producers editors and marketing.
Ensure content aligns with audience interests brand objectives and company vision.
Maintain editorial quality tone and narrative consistency across all outputs.
Review and provide creative feedback on scripts storyboards and final edits.
Stay updated on industry trends consumer behaviour and new formats for storytelling.
Collaborate with production marketing and business development teams to optimize content impact.
Ensure all content meets legal ethical and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Film Mass Communication Media Journalism Creative Writing or related field.
7 years of experience in content creation content strategy or editorial leadership ideally within films OTT digital media or advertising.
Strong storytelling scripting and narrative development skills.
Excellent command over language tone structure and editing principles.
Solid understanding of film production post-production workflows and formats.
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage creative teams.
Good network with writers directors and creative professionals preferred.
