Job Summary
Massage Therapist at Hacienda Del Sol Resort is an excellent opportunity to work in an engaging hospitality environment. The position is part-time and offers competitive compensation. As a Massage Therapist you will work closely with the front desk to greet assist and provide the highest quality service to our guests in a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
Provide massage services including body and spa treatments
Ensure complete customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service practices
Create and maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere
Manage client bookings effectively and efficiently
Suggest and recommend upgrades and additional services
Follow correct procedures for billing and collection
Requirements
Must possess valid Arizona massage therapy license
Certification in multiple massage modalities preferred
At least one years of professional massage therapy experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of safety protocols
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
$500 Hiring Bonus for new Massage Therapists
Were pleased to offer a $500 hiring bonus to newly hired massage therapists as part of our commitment to building a strong supportive team.
- $250 paid after completing 30 days of employment
- $250 paid after completing 90 days of employment
Employees must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of each bonus payment. Signing bonus is paid through payroll and subject to applicable taxes.
