Job Summary

Classification Title:	OPS Research Coordinator - College of Nursing
Classification Minimum Requirements:	Bachelors degree in a healthcare-related field with at least one year of research experience. Experience as a research coordinator and a record of publications are preferred. Note: This is not a Graduate Research Assistant position. Students currently enrolled in graduate-level programs at any UF college are not eligible.
Job Description:	The University of Florida is seeking a motivated and detailoriented OPS Research Coordinator to support ongoing clinical and health services research activities. This position plays a key role in coordinating study operations engaging with participants and healthcare teams and ensuring highquality data collection and regulatory compliance. The role is wellsuited for individuals interested in expanding their research experience in a collaborative academic medical environment. This position will involve patient contact and requires professionalism strong communication skills and comfort interacting with diverse patient populations and healthcare providers. Responsibilities: Coordinate daytoday research activities across one or more studies. Assist with IRB submissions continuing reviews and regulatory documentation. Recruit screen and consent study participants in clinical settings. Collect manage and maintain study data using approved research software and secure systems. Support study team members with literature reviews protocol development and manuscript preparation. Communicate effectively with investigators clinical partners and participants to ensure smooth study operations. Maintain compliance with UF state and federal research policies.
Expected Salary:	$23.00 - $24.00 hourly
Required Qualifications:	Bachelors degree in a healthcarerelated field. At least one year of research experience. Experience as a research coordinator and a record of publications are preferred. Work hours may vary depending on study needs. Training will be provided for studyspecific procedures and systems. Important Note: This is not a Graduate Research Assistant position. Students currently enrolled in any UF graduatelevel program are not eligible for this OPS role.
Preferred:	The ideal candidate will: Be able to commit at least one year to the position. Have prior research experience including: IRB coordination Conducting informed consent Data collection and management Manuscript preparation Be familiar with research tools such as RedCap Qualtrics and simulated EHR systems. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Interact professionally with healthcare providers research staff and patient communities.
