Position Summary
The Institute for Risk Management and Insurance Innovation ( IRMII ) seeks a strategic creative and highly motivated Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the Institutes marketing branding communications and student engagement efforts. This role is responsible for shaping and executing IRMIIs marketing strategy strengthening its brand presence and enhancing its profile amoung its students alumni faculty and industry partners. The Marketing and Communications Manager will own the development execution and evaluation of IRMIIs content campaigns and outreach initiatives working closely with Institute leadership faculty students and our 45 industry partners. This position plays a critical role in positioning IRMII as a leading voice in risk management and insurance innovation while supporting the Institutes growth programs and signature events.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
- 3-5 years experience in marketing and/or communications within a university/academic environment. - Excellent writing editing and storytelling skills. - Experience with Canva WordPress Mailchimp and social media scheduling tools. - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across teams. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Interest in risk management insurance or related fields a plus but not required
