The Sales Executive Warehouse (Showroom Sales with System Billing) is responsible for handling customer interactions managing showroom and warehouse sales activities processing billing through computerized systems and ensuring accurate stock management. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service achieving sales targets and maintaining smooth coordination between showroom and warehouse operations.
Attend walk-in customers and understand their product requirements.
Promote and sell products from the warehouse/showroom inventory.
Generate bills and invoices using system/software-based billing tools.
Handle cash card UPI and other digital payment transactions.
Maintain daily sales records and billing reports.
Coordinate with warehouse staff for order picking packing and dispatch.
Ensure proper display labeling and organization of products.
Monitor stock levels and inform management about low inventory.
Process returns replacements and warranty claims as per company policy.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Support loading/unloading and dispatch activities when required.
Follow company policies pricing guidelines and safety procedures.
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) / Diploma / Any Graduate.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
Experience in showroom sales warehouse sales or billing preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and billing software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of inventory and stock handling.
Ability to work accurately with numbers and transactions.
