RPO Recruitments client a well-established building construction company based in Johannesburg delivering high-quality projects across the commercial and residential sectors is currently seeking an experienced Site Agent / Construction Supervisor to join their firm and oversee site operations from demolition through to construction and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily site operations including demolition and new construction works
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to required quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and site labour
• Enforce health safety and environmental compliance on site
• Interpret drawings specifications and construction programmes
• Report progress to project management and senior leadership
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

• BSc (Hons) degree in Construction Management with a minimum of 5 years experience or
• BSc Construction Management with a minimum of 10 years experience or
• National Diploma in Building with a minimum of 10 years experience
• Proven experience in both demolition and building construction
• Strong site management and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of construction methods materials and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers licence (preferred)

Benefits:

Salary: R540K R660K CTC per annum negotiable
