Job Summary
RPO Recruitments client a leading construction company delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across South Africa are currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee a major project in Kimberley ensuring high standards of quality safety and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities including planning execution and supervision of construction works.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress costs and resources and report to senior management.
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors engineers and relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee project documentation site records and progress reports.
- Assist with setting out and checking levels where required
- Identify and report potential risks or delays
Requirements:
- BTech or BEng qualification (No diplomas will be considered).
- Pr CM registration with SACPCMP or Pr Eng registration with ECSA
- Proven experience in one or more of the following: airport runways taxiways taxi lanes aprons highways new roads or major road rehabilitations.
- Project experience must exceed a value of R30 million.
- Strong leadership project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and ensure timely delivery of complex projects.
