the delivery of HR services including recruitment onboarding learning & development coordination compensation & benefits administration performance management processes and employee engagement activities
Work closely with the business to understand their priorities and people needs provide timely and practical HR supportMaintain accurate HR data and generate people insights and reports to support informed decisionmakingContribute to continuous improvement by supporting process optimization workflow enhancement and digitalization initiatives including the adoption of new HR technologies and AIenabled toolsParticipate in global regional and local HR projects as requiredRequirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in a sizable MNC and fastpaced environment
- Solid understanding of Hong Kong labour laws and HR regulations; exposure to supporting overseas markets is an advantage
- Strong continuous improvement mindset with interest or experience in process enhancement digitalization or AI-driven HR tools
- Datadriven and analytical with the ability to translate HR data into meaningful insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Wellorganized detailminded and solutionoriented
- Good command of written and spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM is an advantage
