In this dynamic environment we are looking for an ambitious and self-drivenSenior SAP Concur Functional Consultantto join our SAP team.
Partner with clients to analyze business processes and define requirements forexpenseandrequestfortravel.
Lead andparticipatein end-to-end SAP Concur implementations from planning to postgolive support
Run workshops interviews and detailed requirements sessions using Concur Workbooks
Design and configure SAP Concur solutions (workflowspolicies formsaudit rules tax configurations travel allowance)
Conduct client training knowledge transfers and solution walk-throughs
Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP Concur design implementation and optimization
Work closely with project managers functional consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Oversee ticket quality deliverables review and reporting
Manage risks escalations and adherence to SLAs
Mentor junior team members lead knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to continuous improvement
Perform defect analysis issue resolution incident/change/problem management
Ensure high-quality support services in both implementation and managed services contexts
Review work for quality accuracy and relevance
Demonstrate critical thinking and structure when communicating with stakeholders
Stay updated on SAP Concur features releases and product enhancements
Embrace opportunities to work across different environments industries and solution areas
Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct
What you bring matters
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration InformationSystemsor other relevant fields
4 years of experience in SAP Concur (ExpenseRequest)
Minimum 3 full endtoend SAP Concur implementations
Handson experience in both support and implementation projects
Provenexperiencewithmultinational clients including defining and implementing aglobal template
Strong configuration experience in:Workflows Expense/Request modules Forms Audit & business rules Tax settings Travel Allowance
Knowledge of SAP HCMSuccessFactorsFI is a plus
Strong ticket management SLA adherence and incident/change/problem management capabilities
Ability to manage deliverables report status and ensure quality reviews
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving mindset
Ability to independently lead workstreams and mentor junior consultants
Flexibility to work across diverse client environments
Ability to build trust adapt behavior and form strong client relationships
Demonstrated leadership with direct client interaction
SAPConcurscertificationSAP Certified Implementation Partner Associate - Concur Professional Expenseis considered a must-have
