Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Attendants to provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes in Howell MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities promoting independence and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming dressing and toileting.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Monitor client condition and report any changes to the.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding client confidentiality and safety.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
- Reliable punctual and able to work independently.
- Ability to pass background checks.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
