Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate reliable caregivers to join our team and provide meaningful support to individuals in a variety of care settings. No prior certification is required making this a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact. Caregivers will assist with daily living activities promote health and safety and provide emotional support to clients in both home and community-based environments. This role is ideal for those interested in long-term care senior care or supporting individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and mobility assistance
- Observe clients and monitor vital signs as required
- Support medication administration in accordance with care plans and HIPAA guidelines
- Prepare nutritious meals based on individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning
- Maintain a clean safe and organized environment through light housekeeping and sanitation
- Safely use assistive equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts during transfers
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance mental and emotional well-being
- Follow established care plans for clients with dementia Alzheimers disease or other memory-related conditions
- Assist with transportation to medical appointments or community activities as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols including CPR and First Aid procedures
Experience
Previous experience in home and community care assisted living nursing homes hospice or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience in patient observation vital signs monitoring medication assistance dementia care autism support or social work will find this role well aligned with their skills. Training will be provided as neededwhat matters most is a compassionate attitude reliability and a willingness to learn.
