The firm is focused on delivering effective legal representation and achieving strong outcomes for clients through structured case management collaboration and consistent communication.
This role supports matters involving coordination with clients medical providers and insurance entities. Attorneys with 23 years of experience are preferred though candidates with transferable legal experience are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in personal injury law is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor client treatment and case progression
- Communicate with insurance companies and medical providers
- Support case approvals and provide secondary-level client communication
- Assist with negotiation and resolution of claims
- Maintain organized and accurate case documentation
- Manage multiple cases while meeting internal timelines
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to advance case outcomes
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina State Bar license in good standing
- 23 years of legal experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Experience in personal injury or related practice areas
- Experience negotiating with insurance carriers or third parties
