Job Title: Junior Associate or HR Associate Employee Onboarding HR Shared Services
Shift Timings: 5:00 PM 02:00 AM IST Mon - Fri. Willingness to work from office and stretch when business requires.
Role Brief: As an Onboarding Associate you will be playing a very crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient Onboarding of the candidates. You will be responsible for coordinating with various partner teams recruiters stakeholders & Candidates to ensure efficient compliant timely onboarding of candidates and focus on providing exceptional candidate experience. The role requires excellent communication skills with the ability to make quick decisions and should take complete ownership in getting the candidates prepped for the journey with Clean Harbors primarily supporting US & Canada regions.
Job Description:
o This is an Onboarding Associate role where you will primarily be supporting the Driver & Non-Driver Candidates in US & Canada.
o Coordinate with the Recruitment team on New Drivers to be Onboarded
o Gather and process/follow up on all necessary paperworks backgrounds medicals for the Driver candidates
o Work closely with the candidates to ensure they have a smooth onboarding process right from their first day & partner along for their first week tasks
o Coordinate with the Hiring Managers to ensure onboardings are complete in a timely manner & work on any issues to be resolved very closely
o Distribute login credentials manuals guidelines as required.
o Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software.
o Assign and assist the New Hires on the mandatory training and policies that may need to be completed upon onboarding.
o Address any additional queries that the New Hires may have till they are handed over to the Hiring Managers
o Monitoring onboarding systems to ensure that all necessary onboarding tasks are completed in a timely manner
o Achieve high level of business partner satisfaction in the onboarding routines.
o Ensure that the Candidates are on track with the day-today work assigned in the first week and work closely for any support until resolved.
o To collaborate and multitask on calls/emails/chat with candidates and Hiring Managers on any queries or escalations arsing as part of Onboarding.
