Job Summary

Job Description:

Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for a variety of cloud-native applications
Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters (on-premise or managed services like EKS AKS GKE)
Work closely with development teams to containerize applications using Docker and deploy them seamlessly
Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform or Chef
Automate infrastructure provisioning monitoring and deployments
Implement and maintain system observability (monitoring logging alerting) for production systems
Support development teams by improving deployment strategies infrastructure resilience and scalability
Ensure system security compliance and best practices in cloud environments
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in dev test and production environments
Provide Tier III and other support per service request

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment scaling service discovery Helm etc.)
Experience with cloud-native services (OCI/AWS/GCP/Azure at least one required)
Proficient in containerization using Docker
Experience in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Chef
Understanding of Linux-based operating systems and shell scripting
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI/CD or similar
Familiarity with monitoring tools (OCI APM Prometheus New Relic Grafana ELK stack etc.)
Knowledge of system/network security and troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operation of production environments including systems and databases supporting critical business operations
Perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommend new and novel solutions to improve availability performance and supportability
Install monitor maintain support and optimize all production environment and software
Provide escalated technical support for complex technical issues which may include leading problem management cases
Responsible for Oracle production environments; assist with server operating system and application upgrades bug fixes and patching; and work on standardization projects for both hardware and software under the Oracle technology stack while providing consistent system uptime as expected in a Cloud environment
Provide on-call support on a rotating basis
