Job Summary
- Lead improvement projects focused on reducing customer complaints scrap rework and machine downtime.
- Analyze process data (injection parameters molding cycles defects) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the main interface between the Quality team and Sales for customer complaints and feedback management.
- Conduct structured investigations and ensure strong corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and optimize key quality KPIs including complaints nonconformities and COPQ.
- Train teams in problemsolving and quality tools (5 Whys Ishikawa FMEA 8D).
- Promote a culture of excellence standardization and prevention across the organization.
This role is key to enhancing product quality improving process reliability and elevating customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Plastics Production Engineering or related fields
- Broad experience in manufacturing with several years working in plastic injection environments
- Experience in a Quality department and strong understanding of defectology in plastic parts
- Experience with drawing interpretation measuring instruments and ISO 9001
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Proficiency in Minitab advanced Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate crossfunctionally
- English level B2 or higher
