Responsibilities:
Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the COO ensuring professionalism and prompt responses including phone calls and emails.
Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management travel arrangements submitting expense reports and meeting coordination.
Document Preparation and Filing: Draft proofread edit and format documents presentations and reports
Process invoices for payment
Order office supplies
Data Management: Organize and maintain files records and documentation ensuring easy access and retrieval. Oversee document management program.
Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Performs other duties as assigned or required
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least one year of experience in administrative work.
Skills:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and copy machines
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
