Job Summary

The Paralegal provides essential legal regulatory and compliance support to attorneys and clients ensuring effective case administration and accurate recordkeeping. The role requires sound knowledge of labour and civil court procedures and the ability to manage a supervised caseload. This position is based onsite at our Rosebank office. Key responsibilities:

  • Attorney assistance and support
  • Case preparation and filing.
  • Attend to court processing.
  • Record management.
  • Updating of case management
  • Stakeholder engagement Liaise with clients courts and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications :

Minimum requirements:

  • Paralegal diploma or certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-2 years experience working as a paralegal.
  • Valid drivers licence and own vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel nationally if required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
