The Role: Paralegal Property Conveyancing

This part-time position plays a vital role in progressing UK residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. The successful candidate will manage documentation liaise with relevant parties and ensure compliance with UK legal procedures all while working remotely within UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum 2 years of experience in UK residential conveyancing
Open and manage conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
Draft and review legal documents contracts and reports
Conduct property searches and liaise with relevant providers
Prepare completion statements and assist with exchanges and completions
Communicate with clients estate agents lenders and solicitors
Maintain accurate case records using conveyancing systems
Ensure compliance with UK procedures deadlines and client service standards

About You

Proven experience handling UK property conveyancing matters
Background as a Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant
Excellent knowledge of the UK residential conveyancing process
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to manage workload remotely
Advantageous:
Experience with UK-based law firms or conveyancing practices
Familiarity with case management tools like Leap Proclaim or Visualfiles
Previous direct liaison with UK clients and third parties
