Job Description - User Experience Designer

As a User Experience Designer:

Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes user flows prototypes and highfidelity designs.

Collaborate closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to define user problems and co-create solutions.

Create interaction design patterns UI specifications and design documentation.

Participate in design reviews and clearly articulate design decisions backed by research and UX principles.

Ensure consistency through adherence to design systems and contribute to its evolution where necessary.

Conduct user research usability testing heuristic evaluations and competitor analysis to uncover insights and opportunities.

Support in planning and executing usability tests and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations.

Work in an agile environment and contribute to sprint planning ceremonies and product iterations.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Bachelors or masters degree in designHCIInteraction DesignVisual Communication or related field.(Equivalent practical experiencealsoconsidered.)
24 years of professional experiencein UX design for web/mobile products.

Strong portfoliodemonstratinguser-centered design processes problemsolving skills and endto-end design work.

Experience with design systems andcomponentlibraries

Proficiencyin design and prototyping tools such asFigma Adobe XD Sketch or similar.

Foundation in UX principles user research methodologies information architecture and interaction design.

Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and confidently to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Excellent communication storytelling and presentation skills.

Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility fundamentals.

Nice to have Skills:

Exposure tomotion design microinteractions or UX writing.

Experience working in agile/lean product teams.
