Job Summary

Were seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in our sales process and business development initiatives contributing to the successful implementation of technology solutions that support automation in various industries.

Detailed duties: 

  • Building a database of new clients through outbound activities (LinkedIn cold-calling);
  • Collaborating with the Business Development Team to identify potential clients;
  • Conducting online conversations with clients in Polish and English (via e-mails and chat);
  • Monitoring the market analyzing client needs and keeping track of competitors;
  • Representing the company at conferences and industry events;
  • Creating databases for marketing activities such as organizing webinars;
  • Supporting other administrative and marketing activities.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in B2B sales IT sales or Call Center roles;
  • Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (B2/C1);
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Docs MS Office and research techniques;
  • Knowledge of prospecting tools (Sales Navigator Cold Mail Automation Prospect searching tools HubSpot);
  • Ability to identify clients needs in the early stages of the sales process;
  • Willingness to work in a flexible hybrid model from an office located in Kraków.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva);
  • Familiarity with the IT market and technology sales.
